It's Family Day here in Ontario so I had the opportunity to ink up Tilda with Balloon. I coloured her with copics and used the KaiserCraft Lilac Avenue Collection paper. The balloon has been glittered with Ice Stickles. The brads are from Making Memories Celebrate collection.
