Time for another Wonderful Wednesday at Krafin'Kimmie. I coloured up another image from the new release just in time to enter the last Wonderful Wednesday in 2013.
Isn't this little guy cute! He is part of Krafty Kimmie stamp new release Once Upon a Time2. I finally finished with Christmas cards and can start some of the other cute images that came in this package. I used MME All About Boys paper and coloured with copics.
I am entering into the Kaftie Kimmie challenge to win more awesome rubber stamps.
Wow hard to believe that it has been 25 years! Happy Anniversary. We hope that you do something special to celebrate. Wish we could be there to celebrate with you.
I like to colour cards for Christmas in July to get a head start. I have used the cute Lexi image from Kraftin Kimmie. As I am looking at the way the image scanned it looks like Lexi just got back from Florida and has a bit of a tan on her forehead. I have used Basic Grey - Out of Print paper (not quite Christmas paper) and added buttons to the snowman. After I post I will add stickles, because every card looks better with bling.
Happy Birthday to Katie. This is a Bestie image that I coloured when I went to the Scrapping Bug. We are thinking of Katie today and hope she has a great birthday.
Happy Birthday, I am not sure if you received your card in the snail mail yet but here it is. As a quick reminder, I am the quiet one. I am finding it interesting that you were getting birthday wishes yesterday as well as today. Is that so you can extend the celebrations for the whole weekend?
Congratulations to Eric. We will be attending his graduation next week. This image from Mo Manning looks just like him. We had to laugh at the sticker that I picked up at Michael's. If you look close I had to pen in a "s" on Endless. A graduation sticker that is spelt wrong. I think they did it on purpose to see if the Grads catch the mistake. The papers are from The Good Life.
I coloured this Stamping Bella Uptown Girl image during National Scrapbook Day that we celebrated with the group from One Crazy Stamper in Bolton. I used the Sketch from Sketch Saturday and added a flower from the MFT Die. I added flower soft to the boa to give that fluffy texture.
Don't you love these colours? Soft blues, greens, whites, wood and kraft tones. Katherine by Kraftin Kimmie looks awesome! These are one of my favourite colours combinations.
I coloured this Bestie to enter into the Sparkle challenge. I t is hard to see that she is glittering. I used my favourite yellow combination of E31, 33,Y11, 15, 19, Y000 to colour her hair.
Happy Easter. I coloured this card for my Mom using the Popcorn Bear image. I picked up the ribbon and Washi tape at Michael's last week.
I found an interesting link that I pinned showing different colours for bears. Pinterest
Love is in the Air! This Kaftin Kimmie image is called Ever After. I coloured with copics. The paper is from K&C Company, the valentine die-cut card making pad. I am adding the stickles after I took the picture because I think every card needs a little glitter.
I love this image from Krafy Kimmie, Dashing Dancers, as a Valentine card. The couple looks like they are so comfortable together, dancing is a joy. The background is a piece of fabric that adds to the elegance and is also perfect for the new challenge this week to use texture on a card. The flowers are also fairly large so I photographed the card instead of scanning. I think I should have had help from hubby since it looks like I cut off part of the card in the picture.
I had a chance to colour another image from Sherri Baldy Designs - Brooksie Book Nerd. I was so excited to learn that I won two images from last weeks challenge. I used copic markers and papers from MME - Moments that my friend Laurie picked up for me at Michael's.
Here are the other four cards that I will be sending over to the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto for their challenge for the month. There is Lucas from Kraftin Kimmie stamps and the basketball player and You Rock from Kenny K stamps.
This card is flying off to Denmark to wish Anne a very happy birthday. We are thinking of you. Have a great day. The image is Stamping Bella and the papers are Basic Grey Indie bloom.
I wanted to enter into the Kratfy Guest contest and at the same time I am working on my five cards to send to cards for kids for the Hospital for Sick Children (kardsforkidshsc.blogspot). I have added the metal snowflake for the guest contest but will have to take it off before I send it in. They are looking for cards for cards for boys doing boy things. the papers are from Little Yellow Bicylce - Winterings 6X6 pad.
This cutie is from Sherri Baldy Designs - a freebie that she posted for us to colour. I used the Oliva Paper pad from Basic Grey. The flower is a brad from pebbles. The digital images are worth a visit to the Scrapbook Stamp Society and over at Sherri's blog. here
This Mo Manning image from Penny Black - Your Way, reminds me of my boys on their new computer. I coloured with Copics and used Basic Grey papers from the marjoline paper pad.
This image from Krafty Kimmie, Fernando Flamingo was fun to colour and a challenge to get the shading. The papers are my all time favourites from Basic Grey, the Kioshi Paper Pad. I like to colour with the purple shades.
